Yey! I went jogging Saturday and Sunday. I also did some stretching and aerobic exercises. The result is muscle pain. I can still feel it right now. Actually, I still have the pain at my left that I do not know what it is for three weeks now since that first attempt to stretch my back muscles. You know, have that beauty queen posture of straight body, stomach in and chest out! Well, maybe I pushed myself too hard or it is because I have not exercised for decades? Yes, come to think of it, it is only now that I am having regular exercise ever since I gave birth. These extra sixty pounds resting in all parts of my body has been with me for the past eight or nine years thus, it really gives me pain as I try to part ways with them now, huh!
I could imagine how much pain those athletes are going through during extensive training especially when preparing for a tournament or a competition.
