There is no storm signal but according ton the flash report, all classes in pre-school, elementary and high school at NCR region are suspended! That is due to heavy downfall of rains! Go home safely, everyone! As of me… I have been staying here inside the house for two days now. I do not really like to have a walk in the rain. I still prefer summer days!
